These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of RobiClaw software ("Software"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

[ so.design ] ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on one Windows 11 computer. The $49 USD one-time payment entitles you to:

Install and use the Software on a single Windows 11 machine
Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
Receive updates and improvements for the lifetime of the product

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software installer
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary components
Remove or modify copyright notices or branding
Use the Software to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share your license or installer with others

3. Payment & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be provided after purchase and download. You are responsible for verifying that your system meets the minimum requirements before purchasing.

4. Open Source Components

The Software integrates various open source components (Ollama, Gemma, SearXNG, Docker, React, TypeScript, and others). These components are provided under their respective licenses and remain the property of their copyright holders. See our Open Source Licenses page for full details.

Ollama™ is a trademark of Ollama Inc.
Gemma™ is a trademark of Google LLC
Docker® is a registered trademark of Docker, Inc.
React™ is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
TypeScript™ is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Licensor makes no warranties regarding performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Software at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall [ so.design ] be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price ($49 USD).

8. System Requirements

You acknowledge that the Software requires:

Windows 11 (64-bit)
NVIDIA RTX 3090 (24GB VRAM) or equivalent GPU
32GB RAM minimum (64GB+ recommended)
100GB free SSD space
Docker Desktop for Windows
Internet connection for initial installation

Failure to meet these requirements may result in degraded performance or inability to use the Software.

9. Updates & Support

Your purchase includes lifetime updates. Support is provided via email at support@robiclaw.com on a best-effort basis. Response times typically range from 24-48 hours.

10. Data Privacy

The Software runs entirely locally on your machine. No data is sent to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to robiclaw.com. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
